Pinnacle Staffing is hiring dedicated individuals to join our Highway Trash Cleanup Crew in Casa Grande.
As a crew member, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our highways clean, safe, and environmentally sound. This is an outdoor role best suited for those who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and motivated by teamwork and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Trash Removal: Patrol assigned highway routes to identify and remove litter, debris, and waste materials.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself, your team, and passing motorists.
- Equipment Use: Operate litter pickers and other basic tools; use trash bags to collect and dispose of trash efficiently.
Qualifications
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation (job site is not accessible by public transportation).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough cleanup.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required. Pinnacle can provide it if needed.
This position is ideal for early risers and individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work.
