Pinnacle Staffing is looking to fill immediate positions for Demolition Construction Laborers and cleaners for our client located in or near Tampa, FL
- Job Title: Demolition Construction Laborers
- Hourly: $16.50 (based on experience)
- Schedule: Schedule is based on project demands.

Position Overview: We are looking for skilled demolition professionals to join our team on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in demolition work, with a proven track record of completing projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the demolition of residential, commercial, or industrial structures, including walls, ceilings, floors, and other building components.
- Safely operate and handle demolition tools and equipment, including sledgehammers, pry bars, jackhammers, and excavators.
- Remove and dispose of debris and waste materials in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform site clean-up duties, including sweeping, shoveling, and sorting materials.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in demolition or construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction and demolition tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
**Must pass a background and drug screen**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, HAZMAT) are preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Orlando area.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Physical requirements:
- Must be physically strong and resilient, capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), working for long periods, and performing strenuous tasks.
- Good manual dexterity, balance, and coordination to handle tools and navigate challenging environments, often involving dusty or extreme conditions.
- Flexibility, agility, and the ability to maintain endurance for repetitive tasks are also essential.
