Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support one of our valued property management partners. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in general maintenance, repair work, and unit preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Building Maintenance
- Perform general maintenance of interior structures
- Tasks include painting, caulking, concrete repair, door/window/screen replacement, and other related duties
B. Fixtures & Equipment Maintenance
- Handle plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
- Replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and related fixtures
C. Exterior & Grounds Upkeep
- Maintain siding, guttering, and landscaping
- Tree trimming, mowing, snow removal, and exterior painting
D. Unit Turnover Preparation
- Get residential units rent-ready by removing debris, repairing walls/floors, painting, and replacing flooring and appliances
E. Equipment & Appliance Repair
- Troubleshoot and repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, HVAC units, locks, and other building-related appliances
F. Training & Support
- Help orient and train other maintenance or custodial staff as needed
G. Other Duties
- Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general building maintenance or trade work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
