We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team immediately. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week, with optional overtime opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring our textile products meet all customer and internal specifications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and approve or reject outgoing textile products based on engineering and customer specifications.

  • Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection.

  • Conduct both visual and dimensional measurement tests using calipers, tape measures, and other precision tools.

  • Clearly communicate quality issues and required corrective actions to Production Leads, Supervisors, and Directors.

  • Accurately document inspection results, maintaining logs and reports in compliance with company procedures.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues while supporting production flow.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of continuous experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing setting.

  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, and use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, etc. (Testing will be administered.)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using a computer for documentation and research (Microsoft Office preferred).

  • Physically able to stand for 10 hours/day, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a non-aerospace, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
