Join a fast-paced bottle manufacturing facility in Tolleson, AZ, as a Bin Builder & Repair Technician. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and repair large industrial plastic bins
Power wash and clip bins together securely
Lift and load bins onto conveyors (up to 144 lbs with assistance)
Use basic hand tools for repairs and assembly
Stand, lift, and move consistently for 8–12 hours per shift
Support overall production and cleanliness of work area
Qualifications:
Must be flexible with shift changes and scheduling needs
Comfortable with heavy manual labor and repetitive tasks
Forklift experience is a plus—opportunity to grow into forklift role
Bottle manufacturing or general manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong attendance and reliability are critical for success in this role
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Pay: $18–$19/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Must be flexible—schedule may change)
