Driver Qualifications
- Able to show up to work on time for each scheduled shift.
- Possess a can-do attitude and take initiative to get things done smartly.
- Ability to take directions and receive feedback.
- Able to frequently lift, push, pull, twist, bend, and squat up to 60 pounds with or without
- reasonable accommodations.
- Possess a Kansas Class “C” or Missouri Class “E” License.
- Qualify for MO DOT MED CARD
- Possess at least two years of experience driving a 26-foot box truck with airbrakes.
- Ability to be insured by the company’s insurance carrier.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen..
Some of the Expectations/Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean uniform and neat appearance.
- Review job specifications and notes with the dispatcher before leaving.
- After dispatch, contact the customer with an estimated time of arrival.
- Perform a pre-check of the vehicle before driving.
- Serve as the “lead person” when without a supervisor.
- Be friendly and kind. Make a great first impression. Smile and let the customer know what to
- expect.
- Complete a walk-through with the customer to understand customer expectations.
- Assist movers with protecting the floors, doors, and walls where needed.
- Professionally protect customer belongings with pads and shrink-wrap.
- Safely use flat dollies, carts, and boards to relocate customer’s belongings.
- Openly communicate with all team members.
- Truck Cleanliness – remove trash and debris from the cab and box.
- Stage office furniture items for installation. If asked, assist the Installer.
- Ensure all customer belongings are fully protected before loading onto the truck.
- Document and report any equipment left behind on the job site.
- Report any property damage to customers or immediate supervisor when it happens.
- Remove the truck from the dock and park it before leaving for the day.
- Report any vehicle maintenance concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Turn in all receipts, tickets, BOLs, and fuel cards to the dispatcher at the end of the shift.

Compensation
- Hourly Pay –Driver/Mover - $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
- Weekly Pay.
