 We are seeking skilled and dependable Painters to assist with unit turnovers during the summer. Candidates should be experienced in both interior and exterior painting, and comfortable working long shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes
• Apply paint, stains, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Ensure proper coverage and perform any necessary touch-ups
• Maintain painting tools and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and keep the workspace clean

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in painting (residential or commercial)
• Knowledge of surface prep and painting techniques
• Attention to detail for clean and even finishes
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 A.M. – 7 P.M.. (with weekend availability if needed)
• Duration: Summer only (about 2 months)
• Start Date: Tentatively mid-May (exact date will depend on client scheduling)
