We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing/Business Development Administrator to support our growth initiatives. This role combines marketing strategy with business development efforts, where you’ll assist in proposal creation, manage our online presence, and oversee Salesforce.com to track and optimize customer relationships. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Development Efforts: Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote company growth and brand presence.

  • Manage Online Marketing Presence: Oversee and enhance the company’s online marketing platforms, including website, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the business development team to create eye-catching proposals and presentations that align with customer needs and company goals.

  • Sales Program Management: Develop and manage marketing programs aimed at driving sales growth, from ideation to execution.

  • Customer Base Expansion: Help formulate and implement strategic plans to reach new customers and expand the company’s market presence.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and business development efforts with overall company objectives.

  • Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce.com or similar CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate sales performance reports.

  • Attention to Detail in Proposals: Ensure all proposals and presentations are polished, visually appealing, and tailored to the client’s needs.

  • Business Development Support: Provide ongoing support to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and supporting sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in business development support (salesforce.com, proposal submission and marketing).
  • College Degree is preferred (Marketing) but not required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Have a can-do attitude to make it happen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.


Pay range $45,000-$60,000 Annually, based on experience
