As a Sales Associate you will be the face of our brand, engaging

with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance

their communication and entertainment experiences. Your role is crucial in driving sales

and building lasting customer relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in-box store or via phone, providing

exceptional service and personalized recommendations based on their needs.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of

products and services, including mobile devices, plans, and accessories, to effectively

communicate benefits to customers.

  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through

effective sales techniques and strategies.

  • Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure

a positive experience, fostering customer loyalty.

  • Promotions and Campaigns: Actively promote current sales initiatives and campaigns

Experience

  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record in sales.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions are essential.
  • Experience with product demonstrations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
