Lincensing & Credentialing Coordinator - Remote Opportunity!


Licensing Management

  • Oversee the application, renewal, and maintenance of organizational and provider licenses across 48 states.
  • Track and manage deadlines for licensure renewals and updates.
  • Maintain an organized and comprehensive database of licensing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific licensing requirements and regulations.

Process Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation for licensing applications and renewals.
  • Coordinate with state licensing boards and regulatory agencies to address questions or resolve issues.
  • Monitor changes in licensing requirements and communicate updates to the Director and relevant teams.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows to improve licensing processes.

Compliance Support

  • Assist in ensuring the organization remains in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and MCO licensing requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of licensing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support preparation for regulatory audits and inspections.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare reports on licensing statuses and compliance metrics for leadership.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to licensing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.


Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in licensing, credentialing, or regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with multi-state licensure processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Telehealth operations is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of state and federal licensing requirements for healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in managing documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in licensing or credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
