Pinnacle Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a client in the South Denver area! .
Duties:
- General reception duties
- Ordering supplies
- Scheduling and coordinating various meetings (helping with agendas and note taking, as needed)
- Assist in providing project support as directed by Principals and Project Managers Assist with staff event coordination
- Maintain the conference room including preparations for meetings and other activities.
- Assist with company car appointments and storage unit management, as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date company files and records.
- Assisting the CEO Assist with internal IT ticket monitoring and vendor coordination.
- Assist with in-house expense data entry (company car mileage logs and toll charges for client invoicing)
Accounting assistance, as needed by the Finance Director Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including electronic filing and data entry management.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including copiers and printers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammatical proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- A High School diploma Similar office experience is a plus.
