Pinnacle Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a client in the South Denver area! .


Duties: 

  • General reception duties 
  • Ordering supplies 
  • Scheduling and coordinating various meetings (helping with agendas and note taking, as needed) 
  • Assist in providing project support as directed by Principals and Project Managers Assist with staff event coordination 
  • Maintain the conference room including preparations for meetings and other activities. 
  • Assist with company car appointments and storage unit management, as necessary. 
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date company files and records.
  •  Assisting the CEO Assist with internal IT ticket monitoring and vendor coordination. 
  • Assist with in-house expense data entry (company car mileage logs and toll charges for client invoicing) 

Accounting assistance, as needed by the Finance Director Other duties as assigned 


Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including electronic filing and data entry management. 
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including copiers and printers. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammatical proficiency. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. 
  • A High School diploma Similar office experience is a plus.
