Pinnacle Staffing is looking to fill a direct hire opportunity for our client in KEY WEST, FL for an accomplished DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS.

• Job Title: Director of Operations

• Annual Salary $130-140,000 plus Bonus Program

Position Overview:  The Director of Operations is responsible for all the day-to-day operations of a multi-unit restaurant driving business results.   This position will be heavily involved with working with the process of new construction of 5 additional restaurants being added in 2025, overseeing the process, hiring and supplying the new venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving daily operations of multi-million dollar generating restaurants.
• Ensure responsibility for daily opening and closings of all restaurants.
• Execute all Operating Procedures and ensure they are adhered to by all employees.
• Support all operational goals, including budgetary goals.  
• Managing and assisting the GM with hiring, employee development and training.
• Inventory, cost control, sanitation, safety and responsible for tracking revenue and cash accounts.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in multi-unit restaurants, minimum of 3 of those in a senior management capacity.
• Working experience in operations, budgeting and forecasting
• Working experience with opening of new restaurants
• Commitment to service of customer, staff, co-workers and management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications: Health Department approved Food Handler Manager Certification.
• Must be familiar with the Key West, Florida market.
• Must live in Key West, Florida or be willing to relocate, no relocation package available at this time.

Physical requirements:

• Must be physically strong and resilient, capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), working for long periods, and performing strenuous tasks. 
• Must be able to work indoors as well as outdoors.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
