Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth by leveraging our clients powerful quoting and proposal generation software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, cold calling, email campaigns, and research.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' software offerings to effectively communicate the value and benefits to prospective customers.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos, presentations, and product consultations to demonstrate how our clients can streamline quoting and proposal generation.
- Sales Process Management: Manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient use of CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes within the CRM system, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in with SaaS sales to include conducting client demonstrations of the technology.
- Consultative representative - on site/calls, visual teams, emails and written communication.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing.
- Experience with CRM systems i.e. Goldmine and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically to address customer needs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the technology, IT, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with quoting, proposal software, or related tools.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and techniques.
