Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail distribution environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly, providing excellent support while managing staff and inventory effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of distribution operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both management and team members.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store personnel during assigned shifts.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and organized efficiently.
• Willing to lift 50lbs, able to stand squat or use repetitive motions for long period of time .
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of sales and inventory to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist with scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
