- Job Title: Custom Furniture Installer
- Location: Sanford FL Zip Code 32771
- Hourly: $16.00+ Based on Qualifications.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45 AM- 4:00 PM, Friday 7:45-3:00 PM (flexible OT)
- Typically, 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
- Overnight shift offered 3-4 times per year.

Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Custom Furniture Installer with prior experience in furniture installation to join our team in Sanford, FL. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and motivated to learn. Our client offers on-the-job training to help expand your skills in cabinet installation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a dynamic, hands-on team
Key Responsibilities:
Custom Furniture Installer
- Represent our company professionally to the client (residential and commercial)
- Attention to detail.
- Positive, friendly attitude and must work well with other craftsmen.
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and read drawings.
- Experienced with a table saw and a miter saw.
- Must be able to safely use hand/power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions from management and colleagues alike.
- Perform duties needed to help cabinet builders.
- Perform miscellaneous odds and ends duties.
- Trim carpentry experience
Additional duties if needed:
- Safely transport and deliver assembled furniture and other products to customer locations.
- Load and unload furniture and materials, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service, including addressing any delivery-related issues or inquiries
Minimum Qualifications
- A valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary.
- Abilities to pass background and drug test.
- Reliable Transportation
- English- speaking and writing
- Previous experience in furniture assembly, delivery, or operation of relevant machinery preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, woodworking machines, and power tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
