Total Rewards Manager – Direct hire

 

World-class medical center located in central Marin County is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join their collaborative human resources team. This new, key role oversees the development and execution of comprehensive total rewards strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Working closely with leadership, you will enhance the employee experience through competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

 

Total Rewards Manager responsibilities include…

  • Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs; Partner with Talent Acquisition to design competitive compensation offers and retention strategies

  • Oversee administration of enterprise-wide benefits programs including health and welfare, retirement, pension, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation.

  • Lead annual salary planning and merit increase processes; salary benchmarking and market analysis

  • Implement benefits policies and programs; develop/implement changes in policies and procedures; periodic analysis of program effectiveness, recommend improvements.

  • Leave of Absence (“LOA”) administration

 

Total Rewards Manager requirements…

  • 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits administration

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry-specific compensation trends

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred, Master’s degree is highly desirable.

  • Compensation analysis software proficiency; strong analytical skills to interpret and make data-driven recommendations

  • Workday HRIS, MS Office Suite experience

  • Comprehensive benefit programs knowledge and administration

  • Strong project management skills; simultaneously lead multiple initiatives

  • Knowledge of Payroll processes related to benefits administration

 

 

Annual compensation range is $137 – 200k + competitive benefits package offered
