Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid) | Temp to Hire | San Rafael, CA | $30–$35/hour
A well-established nonprofit organization in Marin County is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their collaborative Human Resources team. This role works closely with the Recruiting Manager to support hiring initiatives across multiple programs serving individuals in community-based settings.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Review incoming resumes and assist with initial screenings.

Maintain applicant data in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.

Support the implementation and calibration of new HR systems and tools.

Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.

Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:

At least 2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.

Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; implementation experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication, judgment, and follow-through.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
