Retail Sales Assistant (Thrift Store / Nonprofit) - Temp (3 months) - San Rafael - $22-24/hr

Beloved and local nonprofit thrift store is seeking a helpful, upbeat, and professional Retail Sales Assistant with exceptional customer service skills. In this role, you will work alongside kind co-workers and appreciative customers in locating just the right items.

• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30am-6pm

• Duration: 3+ months

• Location: 100% onsite in San Rafael

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a positive and professional manner

• Assist customers by answering questions and helping to locate items

• Assist with merchandise displays

• Keep the sales floor orderly and neat

• Engage with customers in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail setting a plus

• Excellent customer service skills

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus
