In this role, you’ll focus primarily on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable, working closely with vendors and subcontractors to resolve payment issues while assisting with a variety of general accounting tasks.

As a Staff Accountant, you will:

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.

• Assist with financial reporting and general accounting projects as needed.

As a Staff Accountant, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Vista Spectrum a plus

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• Energetic, proactive, and a team player with a can-do attitude.
