Staff Accountant (A/P) - Novato, CA - $75,000 - $85,000

In this role, you’ll focus primarily on Accounts Payable (AP), working closely with vendors and subcontractors to resolve payment issues while assisting with Accounts Receivable (AR) and other general accounting tasks.

• Location: 100% onsite position in Novato, CA, near SMART (local candidates only)

As a Staff Accountant, you will:

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.

• Assist with financial reporting and general accounting projects as needed.

As a Staff Accountant, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of accounting experience, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Vista Spectrum a plus

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• Energetic, proactive, and a team player with a can-do attitude.
