Part time Recruiter

Recruiter - Temporary - Part time - Remote, San Francisco - $33-$36/hour

A leading nonprofit organization is seeking a part time recruiter to source and assist with a high volume of open requisitions for positions throughout California. Prior experience sourcing for roles/building candidate pipelines for Maintenance staff/Janitors to Building Managers and Leasing Agents is ideal. Prior "Light Industrial" recruiting experience is highly preferred!

You will source, recruit, screen candidates, coordinate/schedule interviews with hiring managers, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

**This position starts ASAP and must be able to pick up equipment on first day in San Francisco.**

Duration: 1 month+

Location: Remote - must be local to pick up equipment on first day in San Francisco.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 6 hours/day or 30 hours/week

Pay: $33 - 36/hour depending on experience

Recruiter responsibilities:

• Heavy sourcing, candidate screening

• Coordinate/schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Data entry in to ATS

Recruiter qualifications:

• 2+ years prior, recent sourcing/recruiting experience for entry/lower level, non-technical roles

• Tech savvy; adept working within an ATS

• Team player; collaborative; reliable and patient
