Property Administrator
Long established Real Estate and Property Management organization looking to fill new Property Administrator role to manage tenant communications across commercial and residential properties, analyze contracts, spearhead process improvement and build partnerships throughout the organization.
With 7 years + experience, you bring CCRM certification, an understanding the nuances of residential and commercial property management, and contract research, evaluation and implementation experience. You are a proactive self- starter who thrives in environments where you are given a project and the space to run with it.

You will:

Be responsible for analysis, administration, lease coordination, and tenant relations for residential, commercial, office, and industrial buildings

Coordinate leasing and communications for residential and commercial spaces and buildings

Communicate to commercial and residential tenants and draft formal letters related to onboarding/offboarding, compliance and regulatory issues, and other topics as assigned

Seamlessly coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities across multiple departments while constantly communicating with senior and junior staff.

Analyze costs and policies and the impact on commercial, residential, and industrial properties

Maintain an enterprise workflow system in real time to coordinate activities across multiple departments

Coordinate and provide administrative support to Residential and Commercial leasing processes
You have:

Certificate California Residential Manager (CCRM)

Three years of recent full-time progressively responsible experience in building maintenance work, carpentry or in appropriate trades or crafts which demonstrates possession of the following knowledge and ability requirements

Intellectually curiosity and technical competency in cost analysis, policy analysis, and can research the impact of regulatory issues on the portfolio

Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Windows Operating System.

Yardi and/or Monday.com or web-based workflow management knowledge is a Plus

Ability to write formal and informal correspondence

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to residents, clients, and fellow employees of the organization.
$100-$120K
Hire contingent upon passing DMV and Credit check.
