Wine Club & Membership Specialist - Part-Time - 4-Months Temporary - Santa Rosa or Napa - $28-$30/hour

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week, Monday through Friday)

  • Duration: Temporary through the end of the year, with potential for permanent hire

  • Location: 100% in-office position in Santa Rosa or Napa

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through emails, phone calls, in-person, and SMS interactions

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of all wine clubs and promotions

  • Assist with administrative tasks

  • Support Ecommerce promotions and increased call volumes during campaigns

  • Collaborate with Hospitality Centers to ensure timely communication with customers

  • Maintain communication boards and support member events when needed

  • Utilize Service Cloud CRM to ensure smooth operations and member communication

  • Contribute to a positive and flexible work environment, adapting to operational shifts

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred)

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

  • Experience in membership services or customer service roles is preferred

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary

  • Wine knowledge and passion for the wine industry a plus

  • Prior involvement in membership campaigns and event support a plus
