Hybrid scheduling working 2 days onsite (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3 days remote.

You will:

Engage renewal prospects and procure information for underwriting

Will also be responsible for maximizing cross sales possibilities, growth, and account penetration

Support Renewal team working with renewal clients to obtain information for underwriting to maintain retention goals

Process endorsements, COI, and Bank requests

Contact existing account clients to round out with other supplemental coverage

Educate clients and prospects on the unique risk management tools available

Analyze change requests from the client and forward to underwriting with recommendation and endorsements

Review policies for accuracy before presenting to client

Take calls on claims and submit information to claims committee
You have:
-
2-5 years insurance agency or brokerage experience.

Active P&C License

Excellent communications skills, client focused approach, strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to learn various technology and CRM platforms
$65-$68K + Potential Bonus
