Human Resources Director

Offering either professional services or construction experience, you will lead a team of one, overseeing all HR functions for the company including employee relations, recruiting, comp + benefits and administrative policies.
This is a 100% onsite position
You will:

Identify, investigate and resolve employee relations issues in the best interest of both the employee and the company

Manage the recruitment process for all non-union positions

Identify organizational requirements, create position specifications

Source, interview and evaluate applicants, recommending to management

Administers and communicates compensation plans and policies

Prepare and maintain salary data, job documentation, and job evaluation systems

Complete salary survey questionnaires

Arrange non-union training and learning opportunities

Develop HR policy. Enhance and ensure documentation, union and non-union employee handbooks

Participate in establishing budgets, schedules and performance standards and resource requirements
You have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.

At least eight years’ of human resources or related experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional services or construction industry experience is a must

Extremely organized and detail oriented.

Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
$160,000 - $220,000
