Part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper
Bring your investment industry experience to this 5-10 hour per week full charge bookkeeping position for fun loving and well established company.
Working onsite, you offer the following experience:

In depth knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, MS office products and general computer knowledge

Thorough understanding of balance sheets, P&Ls, debits/credits, escrow fund accounting, preparation of financials for CPA review/tax return

Assessment of accounting department needs – monthly financials, reconciliations, tax issues, government compliance – and ability to make recommendations and implement

Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work with internal staff and external stakeholders including CPA’s vendors, customers, etc.
100% onsite position with possibility of minimal remote work after training.
$45-$55/hour
