Hybrid scheduling working 2 days onsite (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3 days remote.

You will:

Engage leads generated by marketing for new business and procure information for underwriting

Develop new customers through generation of new contacts within an assigned geographical territory, maximizing sales profitability, growth and account generation.

Work with renewal clients to obtain information for underwriting.

Contact existing account clients to round out with other supplemental coverage.

Review policies for accuracy before presenting to clients

Take calls on claims and submit information to claims committee
You have:

2-5 years insurance agency or brokerage experience.

Active P&C License

Excellent communications skills, client focused approach, strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to learn various technology and CRM platforms
$60-$65K + Commission (potential of up to $90K at year)
