Shift Information:

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM until finish (based on production levels).

• Hours may vary depending on the daily production needs.

Pay:

• DOE: $16 - $17.50 / HR per hour + performance incentives.

• Paid weekly.

Temp-to-Hire:

All positions are temp-to-hire for the right candidates.

Position Overview:
As a Forklift / Blend Operator, you will undergo a 6-month training program, gaining hands-on experience in several areas, including the blending room, park room, and forklift operation (sit-down and stand-up). This temp-to-hire position offers the chance for advancement and long-term employment with the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum of 2 years direct experience in Blending and/or Production,  Leading a team of blender operators and experience in training new hires.  ERP systems, SAP experience a plus,  and proficiency in MS Office Suite. 

Verify ingredients and batch weights before adding to the blender, following the blending procedure.

• Accurately maintain all blending documentation.

• Clean and sanitize all blenders and related equipment on a daily basis.

• Assist in various production tasks to ensure completion of the daily production schedule.

• Operate forklifts safely, maneuvering through tight spaces and ensuring all materials are moved efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs unassisted during your shift.

• Be in good physical condition to handle the demands of the job.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass an E-verify check, background check, and drug test.

• Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to ingredient verification and blending documentation.

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work flexible hours.
