Blender Helper – Rock Hill, SC

Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hr (DOE) + Paid-for-Performance Incentives
Schedule: Shift starts at 6:20 AM and ends when daily production is complete

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Blender Helpers to support daily production in a fast-paced, labor-intensive manufacturing environment. This role works closely with experienced blenders to prepare, verify, and document ingredients used in large-scale food production. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive physical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist blenders across multiple production rooms to meet daily output goals

• Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures at all times

• Verify ingredients and batch weights before blending

• Document blending steps accurately and consistently

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas daily per Quality standards

• Report any safety, food safety, or quality concerns immediately

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Ability to read and follow written instructions

• Basic writing and documentation skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform repetitive motions

• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

Minimum Qualifications

• Physically able to stand, climb, lift, and move throughout a 10–12 hour shift

• Ability to work until production is complete (end times vary)

• Must follow all GMP and Food Safety guidelines

• Ability to safely handle 50-lb ingredient bags with repetitive motion
