Boardwalk Staffing has an ongoing need to fill multiple Chemical Machine Operators in Huntersville, NC. These positions do require specific skill sets and qualifications. All candidates must have flexible working hours during the training period.


Shift Details:

All employees will train on 1st shift ( 6A - 2P) Mon - Fri.

Once training is complete, candidates will move to appropriate shift :

1st shift ( 6A - 2P Mon - Fri)

2nd shift ( 2P - 10P Mon - Fri)

3rd shift (10P - 6A Thurs - Sun).


These position's will go to 12 hour shifts and some weekends and overtime is required and mandatory. Failure to be able to work weekends as needed, OT or 12 hour shifts- do not apply.



1st shift- $17 / HR

2nd shift- $17.50 / HR

3rd Shift $18.00


Employees are responsible for the processing of dry liner and the packaging of resin liner by operating and monitoring technical equipment, machines and systems.


Essential Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Conduct routine quality control tests to verify product specifications are met.
- Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist in the packaging and documentation of finished products according to the applicable requirements.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) guidelines.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using while numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chemical Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

-Must have good communication skills and exhibit objectively and openly to other's views; contributes to building a positive team spirit; put success of team above own interests, able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.

-Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, able to respond to management direction in a positive manner, keep commitments, complete tasks on time and work well under pressure.

-Report any unsafe working conditions to appropriate personnel.

-Must be able to work around fiberglass and airborne particles that will be produced from machines and raw material's.

-All qualified candidates must have an up-to-date resume, pass drug screening and criminal background check.
