Job Requirements As a Warehouse Production Associate, you must be dependable, responsible and able to work at a fast pace while always being able to occupy yourself with new tasks as needed. You must also be a team player with a solid work ethic who is always prompt, on time and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance. It will also be important that you display exceptional attention to detail as well as the adaptability to move to a different position in the production line as required. Specific qualifications for the Warehouse Production Associate position include: • Proven experience working on a manufacturing assembly line actually making a product rather than simply packing products • Mechanically inclined • Able to do repetitive work • Able to be on your feet and moving for an 8- to 12-hour shift • Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse/production facility • Flexibility with regard to hours and scheduling • Able to pass a background check and drug screen • Light quality-control experience a plus
