• Who will this role be reporting into? Labor Compliance Administrator
• What software skills would be ideal beyond Word and Excel Those are the most used, other than LCP Tracker System
• Who will the candidate be interviewing with? Labor Compliance Administrator, myself and possible our General Manager
• How many interviews? One possibly two
• Are you open to a Direct Hire versus a Temp to Hire candidate? For this position, unless its an exceptional candidate, we want to stay with ‘temp’ until we are sure.
