THE ROLE
Coordinate the logistics for tradeshows and off-site events by preparing, shipping, tracking, and organizing event materials and equipment. Support booth setup and breakdown while maintaining accurate marketing warehouse inventory.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, organize, pack, and ship materials and equipment for tradeshows and off-site events, including signage, badges, displays, and promotional items
- Create and manage logistics timelines covering shipping, delivery, setup, and teardown activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain detailed event packing checklists
- Assist with assembling trade show booths, displays, and light boxes using hand and power tools
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers, shipping vendors, and freight forwarders
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying quantities and condition before storing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and stock level monitoring
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event logistics, event coordination, or trade show support
- Warehouse experience is strongly preferred, forklift certification and pallet jack experience a plus
- Exposure to international shipping and customs processes is desirable
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Safety-conscious with an understanding of proper equipment handling and space utilization
- Physically able to assist with lifting, assembling, and moving event materials as needed
