KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and faxes in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and processes.

Research customer questions and follow through to resolution.

Set up new customer accounts and enter orders with a high level of accuracy.

Process order changes or cancellations in accordance with company policy.

Document customer interactions and actions in internal systems.

Identify when issues require escalation or additional follow-up.

Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and procedures.

Participate in team meetings, cross-training, and improvement initiatives.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable using basic computer applications (Windows, Outlook).

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position performs general office duties in a professional, office-based environment.

Requires extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and regular telephone/headset use.

Frequent typing and data entry; occasional bending, reaching, and lifting of light materials up to 10 pounds.
