LOCATION: SE Portland
SALARY: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Direct-Hire, Monday – Friday, standard business hours. One day remote.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare timely financial statements.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Develop, manage, and report on KPIs.
• Provide financial analysis for pricing, contracts, capital investments, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and event teams.
• Manage cash flow, vendor relationships, and treasury functions, including responsibilities for the LLC.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting leadership experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accounting experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry required.

The position performs general office duties and works in an office environment.
