SCHEDULE: Full-time; Mon-Fri | 7am-330pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble, test, inspect, and package products using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery.

Fabricate metal components through bending, cutting, painting, and spot-welding processes.

Wire and install electrical components and assemble electronic control units.

Construct kiln bodies using brick materials to industry standards.

Collaborate effectively with the team, follow instructions, and maintain reliable attendance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery for assembly and fabrication tasks.

Basic understanding of electrical wiring and component installation.
-
Experience with metal fabrication techniques including bending, cutting, painting, and spot-welding.

Strong attention to detail and comfort with precise assembly tasks, including kiln and electronic components.

Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.

Effective communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to follow instructions and solve routine problems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), along with the use of hand tools and machinery. Employees may be exposed to loud noise, heat, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts, with appropriate accommodation available if needed.
