LOCATION: Sacramento, CA
SALARY: $18.00/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Long-term
INDUSTRY: Technology and automotive services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat.
- Help customers use products and services.
- Troubleshoot simple technical issues.
- Record customer interactions in the system.
- Work with teammates to resolve customer concerns.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous customer service experience (call center or similar is a plus.)
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Clear communication skills.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude.
