INSIDE SALES REP/ESTIMATOR

LOCATION: Vancouver, WA
SALARY: $22-25 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, Temp to hire
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for public and private projects throughout the Northwest
- Translate project specifications and cross-reference competitor part numbers
- Provide inside sales support including order writing and processing
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up
- Support account management activities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet sales objectives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of inside sales, estimating, or related experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in wholesale distribution or construction-related products preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The position performs general office duties in a temperature-controlled environment. Prolonged periods of sitting, phone use, and computer work are required, with occasional lifting of light office materials.
