LOCATION: Sacramento, CA
SALARY: $20/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | Long-term | 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm

THE ROLE:
As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the hub of communication between customers, technicians, and office staff. You’ll schedule and dispatch technicians, handle customer calls, and provide key administrative support such as data entry, filing, and other office duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service and maintenance jobs
- Manage high-volume data entry and provide administrative support
- Answer phones, assist customers, and deliver top-notch service

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Proficiency with computers and accurate data entry skills
