LOCATION: Vancouver, WA
SALARY: $21-23 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Training Shift: Tues – Fri (3-6 months), Regular Shift: Mon – Thurs, 6am – 4:30pm, Temporary-to-Hire (3 months)
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing
THE ROLE
Building products to established quality standards and meeting customer’s expectations for on-time deliveries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble internal and external components to documented specifications.
• Read and interpret schematics and layouts to assemble electrical components.
• Use hand tools to complete the build.
• Working with 120 V power to perform in-process inspections, conduct testing, and troubleshooting of components to ensure assemblies meet quality standards.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
• High school diploma or GED required and ability to pass a background check
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use a variety of manual and power tools.
• Basic computer skills including keyboarding, file management and email.
• Able to safely lift to 75 lbs. (this would be a team lift), must be able to lift 50 lbs.
