Join our team as the heartbeat of our operations! We are in search of a dedicated Dispatcher to orchestrate efficiency.
LOCATION: Portland, OR
SALARY: $20-$22 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Friday-Monday, 10-hour shifts, Direct Hire
INDUSTRY: Garage Door Services
THE ROLE
The Dispatcher will be the primary contact for incoming calls and emails from customers. They are responsible for scheduling and dispatching service technicians in the field. They will also assist with various office duties such as managing paperwork, creating invoices, and general filing.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
• 3 years dispatch experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail
