LOCATION: Camas, WA
SALARY: $18 - 20 per hour DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Temporary, Monday - Friday 8-5 - 3 month position
INDUSTRY: Engineering
THE ROLE
As a custodian you will be responsible for keeping the building and grounds area looking fresh and clean! You’ll perform routine maintenance and custodial duties while keeping the building clean, orderly, and safe. In this position you’ll prioritize and organize your work efficiently while collaborating effectively with your team. Background check required upon acceptance of an offer.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean and set up conference rooms and shared common areas within the facilities.
• Sanitize facility restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness of breakroom area, including floors, countertops and refrigerators.
• Ensure restrooms are properly supplied and restocked.
• Collect trash and recyclable materials for proper disposal.
• Vacuum carpets and clean other floor surfaces as needed.
• Keep supply closets clean and organized with products labeled properly and stored correctly.
• Perform special custodial work upon request of Facilities Department.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in janitorial work required.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and follow directions.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50lbs.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
