NW Staffing Resources has a need for conference staff! We are seeking candidates who are friendly, have a can-do attitude, good customer service skills, and are looking for part-time, ongoing work. Please fill our application for immediate consideration.
LOCATION: Portland, OR
SALARY: $20 per hour
SCHEDULE: Day shift hours, Temporary, 1-7 days duration
INDUSTRY: Conference
THE ROLE
Assist in a variety of tasks during the event.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage registration kiosks and provide excellent customer service

Checking attendees’ apps for proof of vaccination
-
Help attendees scan and print their badges, distribute appropriate badge holder, and hand out materials

Door and session monitoring; Verify to attendees that they are in the right room, do room counts at beginning, middle and end of sessions

Distribute registration materials to attendees and restock inventory as needed
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
-
No convention experiences necessary

Must be computer savvy, have efficient and accurate typing and data entry.
