SALARY: $65+ DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Exempt, Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30, Hybrid after training

THE ROLE
In the role of Senior Accountant, you will collaborate closely with a colleague to provide support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in handling a diverse range of high-level operational accounting responsibilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their expertise and play a crucial role in the financial success of the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide prompt and accurate service for the accounting department and members.
Prepare monthly reports for the Board of Directors.
Manage month-end closing process and Bank Reconciliation.
Maintain and reconcile monthly General Ledger balance sheets, verifying accuracy with CFO.
Process Accounts Payable promptly and ensure Accounts Receivables are balanced.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience required.
Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP.
Active CPA License and previous experience in a financial institution is preferred.
