The Role

The Recruiting and Professional Development Coordinator supports a wide variety of tasks related to professional development of the firm’s attorney and staff. Administer the processes for on-campus interviews. Posting jobs and corresponding with law school career services throughout CA. Coordinate Summer Associate Program. Set up and coordinate attorney evaluation processes. Work closely with Sr. Management on the annual associate review process. Assist with attorney hiring processes, preparing agreements, screening applicant resumes, scheduling interviews for candidates, and drafting offer letters.
