Job description

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused dental team. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for both our patients and staff.

LOCATION: Sacramento and surrounding areas

SALARY: $28-35/hr.

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, Flexible with your schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Interact with patients to provide care, explain procedures, and address concerns.
• Utilize dental software systems to schedule and manage patient information.

SKILLS:

• A licensed RDA in good standing with the Dental Board of California
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Familiarity with digital charting and sterilization protocols
• Digital X-rays
