Skills and Must-Haves
- Recent inbound call center with at least 3 years’ experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suites: Word, Excel & Outlook
- Professional phone skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is helpful
- Handle high volume inbound calls
The primary duties of the Customer Service Representative II role: Take incoming calls from a queue. Process orders and answer questions in a friendly professional manner responding to client inquiries. Process orders for various customers, and clients.
