Follow and abide by all standard operating procedures, work instructions, work rules, safety rules, and employee handbook.

Transfer castings from roller conveyor to workstation.

Remove excess flashing, gates, and undesired material using belt grinder, hand tools, and miscellaneous equipment.

Inspect casting for visual non-conformities and alert appropriate personnel.

Place non-conforming castings in bins marked “waiting for appropriate containers”.

Place scrap castings into appropriate scrap bins according to alloy.

Place conforming castings into tubs and/or place on roller conveyor.
-
Help maintain and keep equipment clean.

Maintain detailed production and downtime reports.
