Loader and Mill Operator

Loader

Position Summary:

Responsible for soybean processing operations at the Delphos, OH facility, such as shipping, receiving, drying, and storage of beans, and operating equipment to load trucks and rail cars with soybean meal.  Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.  This position works a 12-hour shift (2-2-3) schedule, 5pm-5am. 

Core Functions:

•             Clean silos and bowls in preparation for harvest

•             Move rail cars following all safety procedures

•             Load and unload trucks and rail cars with soybean meal

•             Monitor computers and make process adjustments as necessary

•             Process paperwork per department procedures

•             Communicate process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors

•             Work flexible hours

•             Perform cleaning within the department as directed

•             Work safely and assist coworkers as needed

•             Perform other duties as assigned

Skill/Experience Requirements:

•             High School diploma or equivalent

•             Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred

•             Ability to follow policies and procedures

•             Basic computer and mechanical skills

•             Good communication skills

•             Ability to work in a team environment

•             Willing to work overtime and flexible hours

•             Good attendance

Milling Operator

Position Summary:

Responsible for running the milling operation at the soybean processing plant in Delphos, OH. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.  This position works a 12-hour shift (2-2-3) schedule, 5pm-5am.

•    Monitor computers and make process adjustments as necessary

•    Process paperwork per department procedures

•    Communicate process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors 

•    Work flexible hours

•    Assist other operators as needed

•    Follow all safety policies and procedures

•    Perform department sanitation duties

Skill/Experience Requirements:

•    High School diploma or equivalent 

•    Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred
