MACHINIST

Responsibilities: o Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines to fabricate parts. o Read technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. o Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and tolerances. o Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature and identify issues. o Perform preventative maintenance on machines. o Collaborate with engineering and production teams. o Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. Requirements: o High school diploma, GED o Completion of vocational training or apprenticeship a plus. o 3+ years of machining experience o Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines. o Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements. o Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals. o Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items. o Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and live in commuting distance to Middlesex, New Jersey.
